Building confident, safe swimmers

Our comprehensive programmes are designed to build skills progressively, ensuring each swimmer gains confidence and competence. We focus on a holistic approach, blending technical instruction with fun and engaging activities, making learning enjoyable and effective for all ages and skill levels.

Our levels: from bass straight to indian ocean

Our structured levels guide swimmers from foundational water familiarisation to advanced stroke techniques and tumble turns. Each stage is carefully designed to develop skills appropriate for all ages, from 4 months old to adults, fostering a lifelong love for the water.

Level 1 (Bass Straight)

Focus: Safe entry/exit, rockets, float-assisted front and back, and paddle- and kick-assisted.

Level 2 (Lake Air)

Focus: Safe entry/exit, rockets, floating on back unassisted, swimmingming to wall unassisted, and pulling themselves out of water.

Level 3 (Great Barrier Reef)

Focus: Kick on back, kick and paddle/big arms, bubble bubble breath, rockets.

Level 4 (Coral Sea)

Focus: Freestyle, kick on back with arms, start breaststroke (frog), start dolphin kick, summer saults.

Level 5 (Arafura Sea)

Focus: Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke (well done, not perfect), dolphin kicks start arm drills.

Level 6 (Pacific Ocean)

Focus: Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, dolphin drills (well done), tumble turns.

Level 7 (Indian Ocean)

Focus: Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly (well done), tumble turns (well done).
