Do you offer casual lessons?
No. Little Ripples operates on term-based enrolments only to support consistent learning and safety.
What ages do you teach?
We offer lessons for children of varying ages and abilities. Please contact us if you’re unsure which level is best for your child.
How do I pay?
Payments can be made online by card or in cash at the lesson. Cash payments must be finalized at the start of the term.
What happens if my child misses a lesson?
If you notify us before a lesson is missed, we will do our best to offer a make-up lesson where possible. In the case of illness, make-up lessons may be offered even without prior notice—we prefer a doctor’s note where possible, but it is not required. Missed lessons without notification (outside of illness) cannot be made up or refunded.
Can I see my child’s progress notes?
Instructor notes are kept staff-only to support teaching, safety, and consistency. You’re always welcome to speak directly with instructors about progress.
Are instructors qualified?
Yes. All instructors are trained, qualified, and passionate about water safety and child development.
